Where do the materials come from?

Our materials come from garments taken from wardrobes or donations. They are pieces that are damaged, defective, or no longer in use.

Is each bag unique?

Yes, each bag is one-of-a-kind due to the natural variation of the recycled materials and the handcrafted production process.

Are they as durable as new bags?

Yes, upcycled bags are just as durable and functional as bags made with new materials.

How do I take care of my bag?

Keep in mind that denim doesn’t need to be washed often. Wash it only when the bag is visibly dirty to prolong its lifespan.

Hand-wash it in cold water and inside out to protect the color; use a mild detergent, avoid fabric softeners, and let it air-dry away from direct sunlight to prevent shrinking and fading. Avoid soaking it.

Can I customize a bag?

No, because our creative process begins only after we have the discarded materials. From there, inspiration arises to create unique pieces made with intention and character.

What’s the difference between an upcycled bag and a recycled one?

Recycling: breaks down materials to create new ones.
Upcycling: reuses existing materials or products without destroying them, giving them new life and greater value.

How long does the production process take?

Each bag is handmade with care and attention. Production time can vary between 3 and 10 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

How does the use of ReAll materials impact the environment and society?

1. Reduction of textile waste

Denim is one of the most used and discarded fabrics in the world. By rescuing old or damaged jeans:

You prevent them from ending up in landfills or being incinerated.
You extend their lifespan and reduce the volume of textile waste.
Did you know? A pair of jeans can take up to 100 years to decompose in a landfill.

2. Water savings

The production of new denim consumes a huge amount of water.

Making a single pair of jeans requires between 7,000 and 10,000 liters of water.
By reusing denim, you avoid that consumption and reduce the garment’s water footprint.

Can I donate clothes for you to use in your bags?

Yes! We accept donations of denim garments that are damaged, unused, or destined to be discarded.

Where are the bags made?

Our bags are handmade in Medellín, Colombia, by a small team of designers committed to quality, sustainability, and conscious design.

Do the bags come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty for manufacturing defects.
If your bag shows any issue related to its craftsmanship, we will be happy to help.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.

Can I return or exchange my bag?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within the specified days after purchase, as long as the bag is in perfect condition and unused. Check our return and exchange policy for more details.

Producing new fabrics involves industrial processes such as cotton cultivation, dyeing, washing, and transportation.
Upcycling reduces the energy used throughout this entire production chain.
Energy is only used for redesigning and crafting the new product.

Less textile production: means less transportation, dyes, and chemicals = fewer greenhouse gases.
Each upcycled bag prevents part of the pollution that would be generated by making a new one.
